The festival runs 12-4pm. Most volunteer shifts are 2 hours.
You're welcome anytime! Set up volunteers should be onsite by 9:30. Breakdown volunteers should plan to start their shift at 3:30pm. Afterparty volunteers also start at 3:30 at the Real McCoy.

We have all sorts of roles for volunteers, and if your not ok with your role, please let us know. There's a variety of tasks for people of all abilities that will help make the day a success!
There will be plenty of places where you can leave your bike, and we welcome that form of commuting!
Comfortable shoes, sunblock, and bug spray are highly encouraged. This is a rain or shine event, be mindful of the forecast and plan accordingly. We'll have plenty of water onsite for volunteers.
