Our vision is a Bethlehem where LGBTQ+ individuals and allies are embraced, celebrated, and empowered to live authentically. We envision a future where our small-town community fosters inclusivity, understanding, and pride year-round—where diversity is not only accepted but cherished. Through ongoing advocacy, education, and celebration, we strive to build a more connected, supportive, and equitable community for generations to come.

Bethlehem Pride is dedicated to fostering a welcoming, affirming, and vibrant space for the LGBTQ+ community, allies, families, and all residents of our small town. Through our annual Pride festival and year-round initiatives, we celebrate diversity, promote inclusivity, and build connections that strengthen our community. We strive to create a safe and joyful environment where everyone—regardless of identity or background—feels seen, valued, and empowered to be their authentic selves.

Bethlehem Pride is all volunteer -led. We have a small Board that helps keep the train moving, in partnership with our fiscal sponsor Good Causes, Inc, a subsidary of the New York Council of Nonprofits. The Bethlehem Pride Festival has a planning committee that meets monthly and several subcommittees, who work tirelessly to bring the best celebration of our LGBTQIA+ friends and neighbors in June!
